We Are Your Connection For Utah Flooring Options
We carry a variety of flooring applications for you. We have put together selections that go best with specific cabinet and countertop combinations, so call us to schedule an in-home consultation on choosing the best flooring for your home.
Here are the basics on some of the flooring types we offer.
Limestone Limestone is hard, durable, and stands up well to exposure. It’s often used by homeowners who want to give their floors a classic, timeless look. It comes in a variety of natural shades and colors and can enhance the look of any room.
Porcelain This type of flooring is similar to ceramic in surface. Our glazed porcelain tiles are a blend a fine-grain clays and other materials that translate into a more dense body. As a result this translates into a high resistance to moisture, staining and wear. Strong enough for exposure to freeze/thaw cycles, outdoor use of our glazed porcelain should be limited to a covered area only.
Hardwood: We carry two distinct lines of Hallmark hardwoods; the Silverado line and Chaparral. Within those lines there are stunning Birch, Maple, Hickory and Walnut Timber hand crafted and factory finished to create rustic or smooth texturing. Bold grain visuals and colors add to this unique species appeal. This product offers a dramatic appeal at exceptional value. This uniquely styled, wide plank flooring features a beautiful, rotary peeled, deeply hand scraped surface that dazzles the eye. Both lines are available in random 3- 7” wide planks. All carry a 20-year residential warranty.
Carpet: We represent a brand of carpet that has outdone all major carpet manufacturers in ounce (how thick your carpet is), durability, clean ability and look/feel. It is a solution dyed polyester frieze that comes in a fleck pattern. It’s available in 5 different oz weights – 30, 48, 60, 70, 90 ounce weights. Our standard is the 48 oz weight. That’s 18 ounces above any other Shaw or similar carpet available at market and actually gives you about 56% more carpet per yard. This is the carpet we use in our own homes!
